Protection of the personal data

In accordance with the provisions of the law N° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to Data processing of files and liberties, this site is the subject of a declaration to the CNIL. This allows you the right of access, of modification, correction and suppression of the data which concerns you (Article 34 of the law Informatics and Liberties from January 6, 1978). The user is informed that, in accordance with article 32 of the law of Informatics, files and liberties of January 6, 1978, the answers given to the form present on the Web site, could be transmitted and exploited by the company la Cartoonerie, and the user has the right to access and correct this data by writing to the company la Cartoonerie.

The user is informed that, at the time of their visits to the Web site, a cookie can be installed automatically on their navigation software. The cookie is a storage block which does not make it possible to identify the user but is used to record relative information of the user's navigation on the Web site. The cookie collects personal information indirectly concerning the user, who has a right of consultation, withdrawal and modification. It is erased (non-persistent) with the disconnection of the site.
