The general structure, as well as the software, texts, images (animated or fixed), sounds, "know-how", drawings, graphics and any other element composing the Web site, with the exception of the cartoons carried out by the users, are the exclusive property of la Cartoonerie.

Any total or partial representation of this site by any process that is carried out without the expressed authorization of la Cartoonerie, is prohibited and would constitute a counterfeit sanctioned by the L.335-2 articles following the Code of the intellectual property.

The cartoons are the joint property of the users and the company la Cartoonerie. Any total or partial representation must be the subject of an expressed authorization from la Cartoonerie. For more information, refer to the conditions of use.

Same thing for the databases being reproduced on the Web site, which are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1st 1998 relating to legal protection of databases and of which la Cartoonerie is the producer .

The brands of the association la Cartoonerie and its partners, as well as the logos being reproduced on the site are (semi-figurative or not) registered brands.

Any total or partial reproduction or representation of these brands and/or logos, based on elements of the Web site without the expressed authorization of the company la Cartoonerie are thus prohibited, as the article L.713-2 of the Code of intellectual property stipulates.

The hypertexts set up within the framework of the Web site which are directed towards other resources present on the Internet network and in particular towards its partners, have resulted from an expressed and written prior approval.
